I purchased all of the trim parts already except for the upper door panel sill which is a bit damaged (im looking for that right now). I've also bought an extra 5speed transmission (used) just in case. Springs, i could possibly stay with them, you are right, i'm gonna take the suspension apart anyways and look for whats still "usable". Exhaust, is in a good condition, i'm assuming it was replaced not so long ago. Im really looking forward to buy the CZP Engine Rebuild Kit A-1 w/ Cometic Head Gaskets (im gonna order it in january) - this will take care of the engine. Some pics below of the car being damaged: 
I bought it a couple of months ago and up to this point i did the frame allignment, purchased : used headlight, black hood , fender, nose panel and tt bumper, so the car from the outside looks ok. Ill post more pics of it later on, the car is stored right now. I'm waiting for all the needed parts first...
